grade 2 volt cell.
Very thick plates for long cycle
life. Comes standard
with steel jar to protect the
batteries poly vinyl inner case.
The steel jar also has strong
and convenient handles.
We recommend the extra 3” height
for longer watering maintenance
intervals. Connect (6) of these
in series to make a 12 volt
battery,
(12) in series for 24 v, and
(24) in series for a 48 volt
battery bank. Parallel series
strings together to add more amp
hours.

Accessories to Batteries
Power
Vent
Minute
amounts of hydrogen and acid
are driven from batteries
that are being
charged (except for the
Concord SunXtender
series). With a properly
constructed
battery box these
products of gassing are
readily vented to the
outdoors using the power
vent.
 A
voltage controlled relay is
used in the circuit to cycle
the fan so that it only runs
when needed. The Trace SW or
PS Series already has relays
onboard that can be used for
this. Otherwise you will
need a stand alone voltage
controlled switch like the
one below to control the
circuit.
